Dues

Amount

The Annual Dues for 2025 are $980.00 . The Innis Arden Club accepts partial or full payment. If paying the full amount, payment is due by April 1st. If making two partial payments, the first half is due by April 1st with the full balance due by May 31st.

Methods of Payment

There are three ways to pay for annual dues:

  1. Zelle
  2. Check
  3. [ Experimental ] Owners Portal (PayHOA)

Zelle

Instructions for Paying Innis Arden HOA dues using Zelle:

  1. Initially, you must have access to Zelle to send money from your bank account to the The Innis Arden Club .
  2. Once Zelle is set up (which may be available through your bank already, for example BECU has this already), go to Select Recipient.
  3. Create a new contact.
  4. Select Business and enter The Innis Arden Club and the email address treasurer@innisarden.org. Save this recipient.
  5. Select recipient, enter HOA dues amount $980.
  6. Select Review/Next.
  7. Enter your Account Number in the the Reason field. You can find this on your invoice. Do not leave this blank. If left blank, we may not be able to connect your payment to your account.
  8. Hit send. Note: your bank may require a text or other form of verification on this transaction to confirm you intended to send it. Each bank is different. Please note this as it will not send until you verify the transaction.

Check

Make a check out to The Innis Arden Club . Be sure to include:

  1. Account Number. Your account number is printed on your invoice you received by mail.
  2. Lot Number: Your Lot number and can be found in the Innis Arden Directory or in the Owners Portal under Custom Fields

Owners Portal (PayHOA)

Payment via the Owners Portal is experimental and requires being opted into the payment service. Please contact the Board and request to be invoiced via the Owners Portal. Once this is completed:

  1. Login to the Owners Portal
  2. Click on Dashboard in the left navigation.
  3. Click on $ Pay Now
  4. IMPORTANT: Under "Payment Information", select the appropriate "Saved Payment Methods" (recommend an ACH-enabled Bank to avoid credit card processing fees).
  5. Click Make a Payment of to pay online (WARNING: there is no confirmation message. When you click "Make a Payment" it charges the selected Saved Payment Method with no confirmation that this was the desired method of payment).
