Innis Arden Neighbor Sign Off Distance and Methodology Change Proposal Links (2)

At the March board meeting Building & Remodel introduced a proposed change to the existing neighbor sign off property requirement that will allow for a list of required properties to be made publicly available. While the mechanics of the policy changed, they were made in keeping with the spirit of the existing rule. This change will dramatically simplify the administration and the subjectivity of measurement for the neighbor sign-off process.
